Beautiful arts and crafts style border stamped in blind around the edges of the boards, reminiscent of a Dard Hunter William Morris style, long before arts and crafts took off. Ornate gilt and blind stamping on the boards, gilt dentelles bordering the inside edge of the verso of the same. All edges gilt. Silk endpapers. Illustrated with fine steel engravings in text, including many portraits of the poets represented in this book.
